Working as a Homebased Care Assistant has become a more common alternative to moving to a Care Home, allowing users to stay in their own homes and giving them choice. Choice is something we are looking to give to Care professionals as well we look to work around how you want to work, we look to work around daily commitments as long as the care required is provided. We also can work on a 40 hour basis as well as providing weekend employment.
Home care can often be a bespoke service dependant on the individuals needs, however traditional services can include:
- Personal Care Meal preparation.
- Medicine preparation.
- Sitting Service
- Shopping, both accompanied and unaccompanied.
- Monitoring of the users general health and well being.
- Trips out as defined by the service user.
- This isn’t an exhaustive list but all should be agreed with the service user.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contractSalary: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Ability to commute/relocate:Marlborough, Wiltshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
